Ways to travel

Six ways people usually start

Most begin as one of these and turn into something else halfway through the first call. Pick the one that sounds closest.

  • Day by day, with the advance reservations already made
  • Hotels chosen for the street they are on, not the star rating
  • One document, on your phone, working offline

Questions

The ones I get most

What does it cost to work with you?
A flat planning fee, based on how many people are traveling. I’ll share the number on our first call, before you commit to anything.
Do I have to book my flights through you?
Nope! Book them however you like. Some packaged deals I put together do include flights, and I’ll always tell you up front.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Four to six months is great for most international trips, and closer to nine for peak season or big groups. That said, I’ve pulled together amazing trips in three weeks, so just ask!
Do you plan domestic trips too?
Absolutely! A long weekend deserves good planning too.
Can you work with a budget?
Of course! Every trip has one. Tell me the real number and I’ll build the trip around it.
What if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
You message me and I take care of it. That’s the difference between having a planner and using a booking site!
What areas do you serve?
Anywhere in the US! We plan by phone, text and email, so where you live doesn’t matter one bit.
Next stop: yours

Not sure which of these you are?

That’s totally fine! Send me a few details and we’ll figure it out together.
